At Instructions Not Included we offer a multi professional approach to teaching that will provide you with an insight to the birth experience and early days of parenting.

Our workshops run on an evening, weekend or individual session basis

We believe the optimum time for commencement of courses is after 28 weeks of pregnancy. Due to a limited number of places and high demand workshops get booked up quickly. It is advisable to book early on in your pregnacy to ensure a place.
