We are a group of hospital based midwives and obstetricians who run independent antenatal workshops in the Nottingham area.

We pride ourselves on an honest and realistic approach that supports women to trust their ability and aim for a positive birth experience.

We recognise the importance of the birth partner and aim to highlight their role and how this impacts on the birth experience.

Having been involved in antenatal classes for over 15 years our experience has demonstrated that these classes not only provide knowledge but also an excellent networking opportunity to meet like-minded people.
